Guwahati Police have arrested six persons in connection with a large-scale warehouse robbery involving goods worth crores of rupees, officials said on Wednesday, January 1. The arrests follow a dacoity reported two days earlier at a warehouse in the Lokhra area of Guwahati.
The operation was led by Basistha Police Station under the supervision of its Officer-in-Charge Kapil Pathak, police said.
